Shipping policy

C+Y PRO offers shipping across the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery within the UK generally takes 2–5 working days, depending on the courier service and delivery location.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. C+Y PRO cannot be held responsible for delays or lost deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
