Due to hygiene and safety regulations relating to food supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to return the product.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
